A Lidl a Day
Between 2017 and 2019 I took daily photos of the view out the window of my South London apartment: a Lidl supermarket and its parking lot. The photos were taken with an iPhone positioned in the same corner of the window.
In its simplest form the project is about weather and the passing of time, but on a deeper level it also raises questions on repetition, monotony, anxiety, depression, consumption and contemporary urban life in general.
